My monday morning thoughts.....

Oh monday blues........today i woke up feeling cold........allow me to clarify.......it have been like this for quite awhile.....clementi morning seems very cold..........i dont know why its so cold.....i have been living at Punggol, Ang Mo Kio and woodlands before........but it never feel so cold..........these days i sleep with my jacket on.....even with jacket on, i often feel waking up at the middle of the nite trying to adjust my blanket.....i should not have install aircon at my house.........waste money.....fan very good enough already.........

All my life i have been living far away from workplace...example...during my school days......i live at Ang Mo kio but my poly/uni at clementi......when i start working......i live at woodlands but my workplace at aljunied......i heard many people complaining and wanting to stay near to their workplace.....to me distance is not a big criteria when i find work...............but maybe god pity me.......for some reasons i am now staying at clementi and just 2 bus stops away from the school i am working at......wah god is so kind to me.......god is great......but tell u something.....despite being just 2 bus stop away.....i am late ...........i dont know why......

But since living at clementi .....i have been a better man.........in what ways?............ever since i stay at clementi, i vacuum the house, mop the floor, clean the dishes and just last nite i even learn to use the washing machine to wash my house clothes........why am i doing all these?........cos of my wife......ever since we shift to clementi, my wife is the happiest and sad person on earth.........happy cos she likes the place very much......sad cos her workplace at buangkok............so i learn to do all the houseworks, at least she can comes back to a neat and tidy home and have a good rest.......but i still leave the ironing of clothes to her........for some reasons i just cannot iron my clothes.........

Yesterday i read that mailto:cityview@ is selling between $350,000 to to S$740,000. I think $350,000 is only for 3 room..........4 room at least $500,000......check out the articles from the link below.......

Wah i think......if you are a first-timer buying a four/ five room HDB for more than $500,ooo.....you must be very rich......if not u better think again.......dont forget u must still pay the stamp fee/legal fee/completion fee/ all the funny fee they can think of.......a bit of renovtion cost though they say everything is built......how about the housing loan as you borrow so much........if all your monthly income is to service the housing loan...........i wonder u still got money for your phone/ internet bills? your monthly car loan payment?parking fee? PUB bill? HDB conservancy fee? Property tax? Your food? daily expenses? your children education......lot more lot in the list to worry .......alot of others expenses which will slowly creep in....also dont forget the economy cannot be so good so long.......what happen if the economy turn sour in a year or two time?............

But buying such a expensive house might also instill a stronger mentality in you......yesterday i also read an article in strait times.....it talk about an indian man paying his $620,000 condo in 6 years time....and he is aimingto buy a house in sentosa in 3 years time......i feel thats the right attitude.....aim higher and have that die die much achieve attitude.......i feel if he can aim so high, why cant i........when i think of him, i become more positive somehow......i also want a house at sentosa.......haha.......
