A visit to my clementi new unit after paying my booking feeAfter paying $2000 to book my clementi HDB unit, somehow i feel this is a good decision. But there are 2 things in my mind......my wife and i go and see the new unit that we book......though no keys to enter inside..........see outside also satisfied.........
1st thing is that my family live in Woodlands/ sembawang and my wife family live at teck whyle/bukit panjang. should i still choose clementi?
2nd thing is that my clementi 5 room unit cost $364K from HDB plus a levy of $45k (cos i selling my punggol unit)....izzit worth it? Should i still choose to buy a first hand flat hand from HDB or should i buy a resale instead?
For my 1st question is a painful decision, after much heart to heart talk, calculating punching, hair pulling................my wife and i decides to carry on with the clementi purchase....cos mainly becos of its convenience and its proximity to polytechnics and university............next time when my children grows up.........he will appreciate the fact that the schools are so close to him.
For my 2nd quesiton, does $364k plus $45k levy for a new clementi 5 room unit worth it? To know it............i need to enter the resale market world to see for myself........
