think of resale flat...

Ya, i do think about giving up my new clementi flat and buy a resale flat...

My perception is that resale flat is cheaper than new flat since it is so old. So i start searching from AMK(my hometown which i got feelings for), i go around look at those flats near AMK central.........why i think only of those flats near AMK central? Cos the clementi flat i pay a booking fee for also near clementi central..........so i must compare an apple to an apple.....wah after looking at many resale flats.............i come to a conclusion........how wrong am i..........resale flat price is actually higher than new flat. E.g. A 30 yrs old 3 room flat near AMK central is selling for $300K. Then i think........i pay $60k more, i can buy a new 5 room unit at clementi, that seems a better investment. So i gave up the idea of a resale unit.

Then on 10 August 2007, i kiasu go apply for apply for balloting again to ballot for a bukit merah flat. At september, i receive an sms from HDB that i got a chance to select a unit there. But hor, in my mind i gave up this chance..........i feel that i already got feeling with my clementi unit.

These 2 tests tells me my future lies at clementi............therefore i go ahead with my purchase....
