My car theory...and a Happy New Year too

Oh i havent blog for a few days.....btw, happy New Year to those reading my blog.......Ya, these few days i am busy..........busy cos of chinese new year......come on be real........ok, ok, part of it is true....but the truth is i am busy becos i got a vehicle with me.........meaning?...........allow me to explain..........my wife sister and her hubby go for a holiday during Chinese New year and left his lorry for me to drive around..........thats a cool idea and my wife love it especially..........and also having an vehicle allows my life to be easier during festive period........but not really.....how come?......i find that by having a vehicle i become more busy subconsciously.......i am quietly becoming more busy without me really noticing it.........i began to run more errands .....i began to be somebody chauffer.......i began to serve many other people and purposes rather than myself..........my mood turns bad..........i am no more the cheerful and carefree me.........

So after 4 days of having a car.........sorry, lorry to be exact..........i come to 1 conclusion.......i will not buy a car........not becos of the rising oil price..........not becos of COE...........not becos of ERP.......but the real reason i dont want to be a slave to my vehicle........i know i am changing.....cos i can feel it............i want back my life...........i miss those days when i take MRT and watch mobileTV on SBS buses..........lately i talk with a friend who owns a car...........we are talking how come his temper becoming bad to worst.........then we realise he has become a slave to his car........and his temper change cos he has become his family chauffer too many times.........

So u got me.........i wont buy a car but rather i will buy a off-peak car.......seriously speaking, having a car improves the quality of your life but the important part is not becoming the slave of the car..........Off peak car(OPC) serve this purpose very well.....with an OPC car you got valid excuse to escape from being someone chauffer many times.....cos OPC car allows you to drive it only on certain time of the day.....so this year my aim is to target a good time to get an OPC car........
