New Year Resolution and Vitamin C

Do remember to take more vitamin C pills these few days.....cos there are many flu virus flying around........i am terribly sick last week cos of flu virus so i know how deadly it is, haha........so for these few days, when i woke up i will drop a vitman C pill into the water.......watch it fizzles out....and drink it......i need to built up my body immune system........flu virus really terrible...dont play play......so i need to be prepared against it.

For the end of last year 2007, i am kind of unfocused cos i change my job and at the same time i change my house. I am really busy at that moment. Now i am kind of settled, i can pursue the dreams in my life....

So for this year new year resolution i got 2 wish.....or rather i should say i got 2 goals.....most of the time new year resolution wont happen cos people wish it to happen........for this year.......i want my new year resolution to happen.......it must happen......... i got 2 goals. First goal, to lose 10 kg and be more fitter. 2nd goal, to be more richer.

To make it happen......i got a simple plan.....that is to take ACTION to make it happen. The road is tough but i will update the road to fit and rich on my blog also.....so for those who also share my dreams....join me....we can achieve the goals together..........theres light at the end of the tunnel.........
