My morning thoughts......

Today i start my day happily cos my home kitchen will be up as promised by Uncle Eng Hock.....but my morning spoilt due to an stupid bus trip...........as usual i take bus 14 to the school i work in.........i board this bus 14 around 0850am........as i still feeling sick, i take my time to occupy my seat....before i can plant my bossom on the seat....the bus driver step on the accelerator real hard..........i sprain my back abit...who am i going to complaint to?........increase bus fare got good service?..............how about blame my back luck?......now i am a sick man with a sprain back.......i got angry after i got down, i use my loyal handphone to take a picture of the bus number.........if u zoom in on the picture......the bus number is SBS 1989S...





I got a habit to wake up from my sleep in the early morning and check on my handphone to see the time. But sometimes it become worse when i cannot find my handphone.....nowadays after i shift to clementi......my habit change abit.......instead of checking the time.......i lay on my bed for about 5 mins waiting for the MRT to run pass its track........if no sound for awhile.......means the time is still before 530am.......yeah......it works and i am a happy man.........haha.......if i hear the mrt noise and plus the sky gets brighter.......i know 7am liao.....can try to wake up slowly already.......good hor, i got the noise of nature as my alarm clock...........

Today i quite good mood........maybe becos weekend coming..........let me give u 1 piece of advice on housing. When u r selling your house.......dont ask for sky price......unless u r sure about yr house value......let me tell u an experience i got. when i am selling my punggol flat.....got 1 dude live a few floor above me asking for $100,000 COV(cash above valuation)..........indeed alot of buyers visit his house.......his house high in demand........but one fishy part is with so high volume of buyers visiting his house how come his house remain unsold?..............fishy right?................the reason is simple.............


Cos this dude house will be first house any agents will bring his customers to............when the agent and customer reach the house........the agent will say..........look, the house condition so average asking for $100,000 COV.........then definitely the house below same look with only $30,000 COV is worth it......the buyer will buy in the agent words for sure.......this dude is helping others to sell their house and his remain unsold.........so dont be greedy........
