I wake up to a slightly cold sunday morning with birds chirping on my windows............isnt is a lovely sight.............for some reasons i like birds............ and yes, my home renovations is completed.........me now can really rest my mind and enjoy the music of birds chirping sound.
This is the 2nd time i renovate my home.....the first time in punggol..... i become more experience but to be fair its not my effort alone.......uncle Eng Hock also help me alot with his experience and ways to save money............maybe i should start a tribute to him before i release my final house photo............Uncle Eng Hock is a very nice man.......he is not a designer but a contractor....i like his hardworking, passionate, responsible style of working........but only thing is his english not so good.........I am very touched by his work, i (my nick is gohkm) even wrote something for him on the following link........i am the kind of person, where people treat me good, i appreciate.....

Actually then i received alot of personal message asking fo his contact number...then i think i die liao........cos will he have time for my house?...........lucky though people call him.........his effort on my house renovation never let me down........
Below are some things he help me save up.....
Item 1: My Bed frame
Instead of buying bed frame, uncle Eng hock made for me one............this time i am quite short of budget......so actually think of not having a bedframe....and also buying a bedframe take up space and you often kick into it and your toe swollen.....but this is solved cos Uncle Eng Hock made for me one......haha.....below is a picture of the bed frame uncle Eng Hock do for me......i left it to dry for one day......then next day i got a bedframe free.........yeah.......allow me to give an advice.....buying a bed the most important thing is the mattress not the bedframe.......so for me, i got a bedframe done by Uncle Eng Hock free and 2 layers of mattress........i wont kick into the bedframes again....my toes are happy and so are my wallet :-)......

Item 2: My Toilet accesories
Later September, i went to buy some taps at Hansgrohe warehouse sale near clementi before i got the keys to my clementi unit, the sale is real......everything cheap......i buy all my house taps, shower etc..........but though the taps are a beauty but one thing i forgot to check..............my house water pipes.......when i got my house keys, i realise my house water pipes cannot support those cold/hot taps........headache already, that means i bought wrongly.........lucky Uncle Eng Hock to the rescue.......he is my home superman.....hahaha.....he fix the pipes for me.....oh its not an easy job, if you engage a plumber......it will cost u close to $300....lucky Uncle Eng Hock do for me free.....Phew!........he even help me hang all my toilet accessories.............free also...:-) .......i really love my toilet accesories plus the tap.......having a good tap gives your toilet a total different impressio
