For those who is thinking to go diet.........u got yourself a diet partner or rather a friend.......its me :-).........Today i start my day in a healthy way........i eat oatmeal as a for breakfast............many has a phobia is eating oatmeal....but oatmeal has very high fibre and it really helps u go toilet....and i got an unique way of cooking so it wont taste so bad..........below is a picture of my breakfast diet ingredient.....on my left is coco crunch, middle is oatmeal....and the right is Nestum low fat oatmeal.........i want to cook my oatmeal as tasty as possible becos i want to enjoy the process or else i know it wont last and i want it to be a lasting process.......

My diet starts today..........
So how i cook it?.........i put 7 teaspoons of normal oatmeal and 4 teaspoons of Nestum low fat oatmeal(to make the taste better)........then out some milk and cook it for 3 mins..........below is a picture of me cooking it.........
and hocus pocus.............my breakfast oatmeal is ready......whats that white box on the right?........its my coco crunch........sometimes eating oatmeal is a pain and coco crunch just make the process so much smoother..........
I eat my lunch as normal but try not to eat too much rice, mee etc and drinks lots of water.........water help you to burn your fats faster..............after i am back home, i went to clementi stadium run 4 rounds........i know many are looking at me in a kind of strange way........thinking how come i run so slow?..........these dudes dont know i havent train for so long, so i try not to exert myself too much.........i dont want to have muscle strain and cannot train tomorrow, so wats the point?
Actually run wont make me slim and it only make me fit........unless i run like mad..........and only diet can make me slim down......for those who wants to slim down, lets work hard together.............
