After i do a check...my house got many defects.....i check my house using many advice i had on renotalk...first i saw the kitchen wall is crack.......lucky hdb help me make back free....."heng ah" no need pay....a lot of things to check...really siong........wall crack lah, windows cannot lock...........door too old cannot close........lucky hdb quite steady.........u name it, they repair it free
Yesterday, my contractors after they relay my toilet, say my toilet seat crack.....they never see the crack before they do the floor relaying. Haha, too bad for him then. I let him check my house thoroughly before he commence the renovation. Haha, i think i am getting my dream black toilet seat for free.......heehee...........but hor, this afternoon, i receive a call from HDB and they say they can change my crack toilet seat for free but of course not the black colour design i want. Nvm, i take lah, no prawn got fish also can. So far HDB has been helpful.......world class service........change my toilet, room doors........change my kitchen, room windows.........change my toilet seats.............change my kitchen walls.......must thumbs up to them.......below are some pics of defects of my house.
