Afternoon thoughts.........

Last weekend, i go jalan jalan at compasspoint, saw some of their christmas decorations not bad leh...........got one lighting caught my attention.......i have attached it for everyone viewing pleasure...........i like it very much..........thinking of hanging it at my home...........but where got such budget.......hahaha




Suddenly feel like writing something to thank my good contractor "uncle" Eng Hock. Like i always say, i choose him to do my house cos he renovate my house made me feel so relax. i often forgot my house now under renovation until i go to see the house myself. He always got progress to show me....plus he also got good workmanship.......plus his responsibility style.....i will recommend him to anyone who needs to renovate his/her house nicely with no budget.

But hor, its my bad cos i always bargain with him. He is a nice guy and can negotiate type. I need to bargain cos i no budget..........i see some renovate their 5 room more than $40k...........i no such budget.....haha.........but he very experience.......one look he knows whether things can be done another at your house...........he will discuss wif you using his experience.

He is not exactly that cheapskate but his responsibility style make u worry free and you only go back home for suprises. thumbs up to him...
